Partner at the Administrative Law and Regulated Sectors Area of the Madrid office of Ramón y Cajal. Joined the firm in 2000 (partner since 2005), he focuses his practice on all aspects of administrative law and particularly on telecom, food law, infrastructure and transportation matters, having advised to private entities and public authorities on Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). Teacher at Infrastructure and Energy Financing Master (Nebrija Business School, Madrid) he has also collaborated with Instituto de Empresa and ICADE (both in Madrid). He has participated on many collective works on Administrative Law issues as, for example, 1000 Questions on Administrative Law, Francis Lefebvre, Madrid 2010, Public Works, DAPP, Pamplona, 2009 or Public Aids Compendium, DAPP, Pamplona, 2008.
