Career

He joined the Firm in 2016 as a partner at the Madrid office.

Amado specialises in structured corporate finance operations, acquisitions (LBOs), bank loan refinancing and restructuring of liabilities (pre-bankruptcy) and sale of portfolios (NPLs), chiefly in the property, finance and energy sectors in Spain and elsewhere.

During his professional career he has acted as advisor to mainstream Spanish financial institutions, businesses across a range of sectors, and also investment funds.

He also has a wealth of experience in coordinating and implementing public/private project finance schemes for transport infrastructures, heading up the general secretariats of concessionaires.
