Career

At SÉRVULO since 2006, Duarte Rodrigues Silva is a partner in the Public Law department. He holds a Master’s degree in Law, with a specialisation in Administrative Legal Sciences, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2004), from which he also graduated (2000). He was Member of the Commission for Access to Administrative Documents, in 2006. From 2004 to 2006 he was an associate at the law firm «Abreu, Cardigos & Associados». He was Legal Aide to the Secretary of State of Public Administration and to the Secretary of State of the Presidency of Council of Ministers of the XVI Constitutional Government. He was an associate at the law firm «Miguel, Goes, Vasques, Gameiro & Associados» from 2002 to 2003, having done his traineeship at «Pinto Duarte, Medeiros & Associados» from 2000 to 2002. He joined the Bar Association in 2002.
