Career
At SÉRVULO since 2018, Rui Oliveira Alves is an associate in Litigation department, where he joined as a trainee lawyer, and works mainly in the areas of criminal and regulatory offences litigation, as well as on matters concerning legal compliance. He has a Scientific Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Studies, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, since 2023. At the same Faculty, he attends the IV Postgraduate Course on Law Enforcement, Compliance and Corporate Responsibility and attended the Postgraduate Course on Bioethics, in 2018. He concluded his Graduation in Law, in 2017. Member of the Criminal Forum since 2022. He joined the Bar Association in 2021.
