Gwenaëlle de Kerviler is mainly involved in private equity transactions (national and cross-borders) on behalf of investments funds, as well as in M&A transactions and restructurings, acting for major French and foreign companies and financial institutions.
She is also active in acquisition financing, whether senior or mezzanine, as well as in debt and equity restructurings.
Before joining the firm in January 2006, she practiced in a French law firm for four years and then in the corporate department of a major UK law firm for four years.
