Career

Olivier Tordjman, Partner, is a member of the New York Bar and of the Paris Bar.
He is specialized in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, turnarounds and employee share incentive and saving schemes. In the M&A and private equity sector, he mostly represents investment funds and major corporate companies and is particularly involved in the LBO market and in debt and equity restructurings.
He has also been active for more than 30 years in banking and finance advising mostly banks and financial institutions in syndicated loans, asset finance and acquisition finance as well as major French corporates in capital markets operations.
After having practised as a partner of a London city firm for several years, Olivier then successfully set up his own firm with Alain Levy, which they merged as of 1st January 2004 with the firm of AYACHE (f/k/a AyacheSalama).
Olivier also teaches Company law and Finance at HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris.
