Career

Borislav Boyanov is the Managing Partner of BOYANOV & Co. and a founder and Co-Chair of the SEE Legal Group. Being a highly respected figure in the market, he is recognised in particular for his work for international investors. Mr. Boyanov had an instrumental role in many of the landmark transactions in Bulgaria. His activity is dedicated to promoting the rule of law and improving the business climate both in Bulgaria and SEE.
