Career

As a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group, Goran Radošević provides legal assistance to leading international companies, advising them on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. His areas of expertise include contractual law, data protection and cyber-security, regulatory and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, consumer protection, public procurement, intellectual property and advertising. Goran’s broad experience includes counselling clients in a variety of industries, in particular technology, healthcare and pharma, retail and consumer goods, industry and manufacturing, media and telecom, as well as aviation. He also has substantive experience in anti-corruption law, having advised several major multinationals on internal corporate investigations, conducting risk assessments and providing training programs.
