Ivan Nonković is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, privatisations and corporate restructurings where he represents both public and private companies, as well as private equity and venture capital firms in a variety of domestic and international transactions. He also counsels clients on capital raising, governance, securities and other general corporate matters. Ivan’s broad experience includes counselling clients in a variety of industries, including technology, media and telecom, retail and consumer goods, industry and manufacturing, etc.
