Deals with national and international contracts, mergers and acquisitions and provides assistance and consultancy on employment law with particular reference to out-of-court activities and the litigation before the relevant authorities.

Since the introduction of regulations on administrative liability of entities, has acquired extensive experience in drafting organizational models suitable for the prevention of crimes, as well as in their application.

Member of a number of supervisory bodies of major companies, including multinationals.
