Tslil Bar Bainvol is a member in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Department. Tslil’s practice includes:
• Providing legal counsel to domestic and international companies on diverse competition and antitrust matters, including proceedings before the Israel Competition Authority (ICA) and the Competition Tribunal, matters relating to corporate mergers, monopoly and abuse of dominant position issues, cartels and restraints of trade, including risk assessments of those matters.
• Representing clients in some of the most prominent cases in recent years, including several notable class actions, as well as the first cases of administrative fines for monopoly abuse. The clients are mostly large entities, international and domestic, hailing from a wide range of markets and sectors including Food, Hi-Tech and Telecom, Aviation, Transportation, Industry, etc.
