Position

Adv. Wechsler specializes in leading and managing complex real estate transactions, and he possesses unique expertise in advising large-scale projects in an array of fields, including income-yielding real estate transactions for offices and commercial centers, industrial factories, public buildings and residential projects.

Adv. Wechsler is involved in the planning and regulatory proceedings, the construction process, and the relevant tax aspects. He also manages the legal-strategic side of the marketing and sale process of each project.

Adv. Wechsler provides ongoing counsel to the firm’s clients through all stages of the real estate transactions: starting with the formulation of the business concept on a strategic level; the process of examination of the feasibility of the transaction from a legal and planning perspective; coordination and management of the legal and commercial negotiations; advising on various financing solutions; and up to the drafting and signing of the agreements and marketing documents relating to the transaction.

Adv. Wechsler represents the firm’s clients in real estate investment transactions in Israel and abroad, and has been involved in large scale transactions executed by clients of the firm with some of the largest international entities in their field.

Adv. Wechsler also specializes in providing legal and commercial advice to directors and managers of publicly traded real estate companies, and regularly advises senior officials in these companies throughout their decision making process in matters relating to transactions, legal disputes, strategic management moves, and more.

In addition, Adv. Wechsler Adv. Weksler works closely with the firm’s litigation teams to represent clients in real estate related litigation cases, including commercial and contractual disputes, dissolution of land partnerships, legal proceedings regarding real estate taxation and betterment levies, and planning and construction proceedings. Adv. Wechsler also represents clients in real estate related administrative claims, including with regard to dissolutions and receiverships, enforcement of liens, consolidations and divisions, registration of land rights, and more.

Adv. Wechsler has been recognized as one of Israel’s leading real estate attorneys by a number of international guides, including Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.
