Position
Adv. Amitay is Managing Partner and Co-Head of the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department of the firm, and a member of the Executive Committee. Adv. Amitay specializes in complex real estate transactions, including large-scale residential, commercial and office projects, as well as in real estate finance transactions and in the legal consulting of holding groups and real estate companies, some of the largest in the Israeli market and internationally.
In addition, Adv. Amitay advises public companies, as well as real estate and construction companies, regarding all of their activities.
In recent years, Adv. Amitay has handled a significant portion of the largest and most complex commercial and real estate transactions in Israel – both from the legal rights’ status aspects and from the transaction’s commercial and financial aspects.
Adv. Amitay advises clients from the land planning and acquisition stages, through the development stages and construction and registration stages. He advises on financing procedures, and regarding real estate tax aspects, and represents clients before various government authorities.
Among Adv. Amitay’s clients are public companies, private companies, holding groups and developers of large-scale real estate projects.
Adv. Amitay has been repeatedly recognized, year after year, by various international directories, among them is Chambers & Partners, by domestic directories and by professional magazines, as one of Israel’s leading attorneys in the real estate field.
Adv. Amitay is a member and one of the founders of Friends of Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Centre Association in Bnei Berak.
