Ms. Salton-Yeshua is a partner, manager and head of the Planning and Zoning practice in our firm.

Ms. Salton-Yeshua is one of Israel’s most senior and respected lawyers in the field of Planning and Zoning.

Ms. Salton-Yeshua has over 25 years of experience, during which time she has accumulated extensive experience and a formidable reputation for her expertise in all areas of real estate development, including planning and construction.

Ms. Salton-Yeshua has represented several of Israel’s largest and most prominent entrepreneurs for many years and leads complex and extensive planning projects for them throughout the country, with particular focus on development agreements.

Ms. Salton-Yeshua advises clients in proceedings and appeals regarding planning and building approvals, betterment levies and depreciation compensation, on a range of precedent-setting issues in the district and national appeals committees and the courts and is widely respected for her expertise on matters relating to legislative developments and rulings.

Ms. Salton-Yeshua also is known for her extensive experience in handling complex transactions with the Israel Land Authority and in appeals proceedings with respect to the Authority’s decisions.
