Career

Micki Shapira is a US and Israel qualified lawyer, focusing on public and private mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and private equity and venture capital transactions. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, including United States, China, Japan and EU countries. He also advises both domestic and foreign companies and other legal entities on a variety of corporate matters, including joint ventures, corporate finance, corporate governance, and securities issues. In recent years, Micki has represented clients in significant Israeli related mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.

Micki serves as the Co-Chairman of the Corporate Committee of the Israeli Bar Association, Tel- Aviv District. He has participated in speaking engagements at the Israeli Bar Association on Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law.

Micki received his LL.B. from the College of Management (Cum Laude) in 2000 and his LL.M. from Duke University in 2004. He was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2001 and to the New York State Bar Association in 2005. Micki joined the firm as a partner in 2019.
