Labor lawyer with twenty years of experience in labor law and industrial relations, Stefania Radoccia has been Managing Partner of the tax & law area of EY in Italy since 2019. One of the Italy’s first women managing partner of a business law firm, she coordinates over 850 professionals who work in 8 offices in the country, offering integrated legal and tax advice to primary national and international companies and clients. Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), of the Italian Association of Labor Lawyers (AGI) and of the Board of American Chambers of Commerce in Italy, she is the author of relevant publications and articles on labor law and speaker at national and international conferences.
