Position
Sokol Nako is the Managing Partner of the Wolf Theiss Tirana office and specializes in corporate law, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, tax law, transport, energy and telecommunications. He has advised international clients in some of the most important projects in Albania offering innovative solutions to a wide range of legal issues. He is often called to assist in drafting new pieces of legislation especially in the areas of corporate, finance and tax law.

Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Sokol served as Minister of Justice, Minister of Transportation and Minister for European Integration in the Albanian government. After that he was the Tax and Legal Director with Deloitte Albania.
