Philipp Schrader advises on corporate + M&A, banking + finance and capital markets law, including regulatory issues, as well as on restructurings. He has extensive expertise in M&A and PE transactions, reorganizations/restructurings and the formation of joint ventures and syndicates as well as in equity and debt financings of companies and financial institutions and regularly supports clients in corporate finance transactions.

Career

Before joining E+H, Philipp Schrader worked for other prestigious law firms and two credit institutions in treasury and debt/equity capital markets in Vienna.
