Position

For more than 25 years, Kim Ricken Jørgensen has devoted his time to providing advice within corporate commercial law and M&A to companies of all sizes.

Kim is highly experienced in M&A transactions, where he acts as an advisor for both sellers and buyers. In doing so, his assistance includes due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transfer agreements as well as advice on financing. Notably, Kim has in-depth knowledge of the Danish industrial and logistics sector and has assisted in numerous transactions.

Additionally, Kim’s extensive knowledge and many years of experience also include tailored advice on company law issues, including company forms, ownership agreements, company contracts as well as contract management and risk management. When advising his clients, he offers a 360-degree perspective ensuring that all pitfalls and related aspects are taken into account.

In recent years, Kim has been involved in renewable energy transactions providing full range legal services for primarily sellers of onshore renewable energy projects, including development projects.

At DAHL, Kim is also chairman of the board. Furthermore, he acts as board member in several Danish companies.
