Partner Mads Rossen Jakobsen specialises in M&A and company law and is head of DAHL’s M&A department.
Mads advises on all aspects of the transaction process, including selection of transaction model, planning and optimisation of sales processes, investment and ownership structures, M&A insurance solutions, legal due diligence and on the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
Over his many years working with mergers and acquisitions, he has gained extensive experience with controlling the processes, managing teams and coordinating international transactions.
In every transaction, Mads commits himself deeply to the client relationship and is strongly dedicated to the process towards the goal. He is an experienced negotiator with a markedly solution-oriented and time efficient approach, driven by the commercial element in M&A cases.
