Position
Partner Michael Rehling is a certified IT-lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of IT and technology law.
He has assisted Danish and international businesses in a large number of contract negotiations regarding the sale and purchase of complex IT services, including system developments, implementation projects and operational services and the later contract management of such projects. Michael is especially knowledgeable about the procedures and legal standards which apply to the Danish, Norwegian and Swedish market for IT services.
In addition, Michael is an experienced litigator with the right to attend before the Danish Supreme Court, having conducted a significant number of commercial cases before the Danish courts and arbitral tribunals, concerning IT and trademark disputes, prohibition cases, and other infringement cases.
Michael’s other areas of expertise include matters and counsel regarding copyright, domain name disputes, marketing law and other IP-related matters.
The key for Michael is to provide commercially valuable content to his clients in an accessible format which lives up to the highest expectations of quality.
