Position

Frederik Bruhn is a certified IT attorney under the auspices of the Association of Danish IT Attorneys and has 20 years’ experience with the contractsand ongoing legal challenges of IT businesses. He often assists suppliers of IT services in connection with outsourcing, project and acquisition agreements, licence agreements etc. and with the preparation of standard contracts for IT businesses.

Frederik Bruhn also provides legal services in relation to contract management, contract optimization, purchasing of IT based companies (and other rights-based enterprises) and investments in these types of companies. Frederik Bruhn has sound experience of innovative enterprises with IT driven business concepts, and he is a part of DAHL’s fin-tech advisory team. He gives advice on matters related to application and permissions from the Danish Financial Services Authority (Finanstilsynet), in particular in relation to digital payment solutions.

He has taught contract law at the University of Copenhagen and still works a great deal on commercial contracts. He also gives legal advice within sports and entertainment law, including transfer of football players, e-sport and legal matters and contracts related to publicly known persons.
