Position

Partner Mads Nygaard Madsen is a certified IT attorney and his specialisation in IT law has made him one of Denmark’s leading attorneys in this area. He is a certified IT attorney. From 2017 to 2020, Mads was chairman of the association of Danish IT Attorneys. His legal expertise covers all areas of IT law, including outsourcing, software licensing matters and personal data law.
