Zoe has been at the forefront of several significant transactions within the mining sector and the banking and finance sectors in Ghana, including multi-million-dollar financing transactions, debt and corporate restructuring, regulatory and licensing matters, M & A and labour issues.
Zoe is recognised as a market leader and has received multiple awards throughout her career, including recognition as a Leading Lawyer in Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, M&A and Project Finance, (IFLR1000, 2017); Highly Regarded Lawyer in Banking and M&A (IFLR 2018); Highly Regarded Lawyer, in Banking, M&A and Project finance (IFLR 2019 -2022).
