Akosua is a dual-qualified lawyer with over 20 years legal experience. She is qualified as a Solicitor and Barrister in the Republic of Ghana and as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
Akosua has renowned expertise in Banking and Finance; Capital Markets; Corporate & Commercial law; M&A; Projects- Oil & Gas and Power. She co-leads the Banking and Finance and Energy Practice Areas at the Firm and has worked on various high-profile transactions including advisory work on various offshore installations and oil-producing fields in the upstream petroleum sector, transactions for downstream sector players and several project and export financings.
