Partner Pål Kvernaas is among the most renowned employment and pension law specialists in Norway who earns praise for his work from clients and colleagues alike. His skill and experience are confirmed by the fact that international law firms and clients frequently select him as local counsel in international matters, and that his client list includes many of Norway’s leading businesses.

He has extensive experience with compensation & benefits matters, restructuring and workforce adjustment, outsourcing and transfers of undertaking, change and termination of individual employments, bonus schemes, collective labour issues, HSE and strategic consulting.

Kvernaas also has experience from establishing and modifying collective and individual pension schemes. He was also a Co-founder and Chairman of Norsk Pensjonsrettslig Forum (the Norwegian Pension Legal Forum).
