The tax practice is particularly well regarded for its property tax know-how, regularly put to use for leading investors in major transactions led by the firm. The team was recently involved in several landmark office building transactions. The practice is also well versed in advising on the tax aspects of investment and project financing transactions made in French domestic renewable projects. Finally, the practice assists with M&A tax work and regularly assists start-ups with venture and growth capital transactions. Practice head Sandra Fernandes is particularly recommended for property tax work.
