Position

Expertise in commercial and corporate law; mainly assistance to domestic and international clients on corporate governance and regular assistance to companies in the structuring and negotiation of extraordinary corporate transactions (M&A) and drafting of commercial contracts (including EPC, D&C and O&M contracts).

Moreover, important experience in the Energy & Utilities sector and in particular in the integrated water services sector, renewable energy, smart mobility (with specific reference to electric vehicles and infrastructures) and energy efficiency. Expertise also focused on companies operating within harbour and airport infrastructures; advice in a number of project finance transactions in both, infrastructure and energy sector.

Skills in the ESG framework; assistance to benefit corporations and traditional companies, which pursue transformation into benefit corporations.
