Attorney, partner. Jørgen Bek Weiss Hansen’s main areas of work are commercial law, where he advises Danish and international companies, mainly on issues regarding company law, mergers and acquisitions, finance law, energy law and construction law. Jørgen is also deeply involved in the entrepreneurial community. He assists a number of entrepreneurial organisations such as Stardust-DTU, CSE-Lab, Venture Cup, the Foundation for Entrepreneurship, UCEC and Start-Up Chile, offering advice, lectures, pitch training and assistance as a judge in entrepreneurial competitions etc. Moreover he is a mentor and advisor to numerous entrepreneurs, primarily from the Technical University of Denmark.
