Position
Erkko Ruohoniemi specialises in competition law related cases, such as merger control notifications to the Finnish and EU Competition Authorities as well as cases of abuse of dominant position and cartels.
Erkko has more than 25 years of experience in public procurement law. He advises both procurement entities and private companies in public procurement issues and has successfully handled more than 200 procurement appeals in the Market Court or the Supreme Administrative Court. Erkko is co-author of a popular handbook on public procurement. He also has extensive experience in matters related to telecom and energy regulation, as well as advertising and marketing law.
