In M&A, the firm represented Posti Corporation in its acquisition of Suomen Transval Group Ltd, Total Specific Solutions B.V. in its acquisition of MediaMaestro Oy and Cxense ASA in its acquisition of Enreach Solutions Oy.
For several years in a row now, a great deal of the banking and finance work undertaken by the firm was made in relation to real estate market, including both property acquisition financing and refinancing transactions.
