Marie Marklund  has extensive experience of providing advice to companies on reorganizations, operational cutbacks, redundancies, right to vacation as well as drafting, negotiating and reviewing employment law-related agreement structures, such as collective bargaining agreements. Marie also has considerable experience acting as counsel in employment law-related commercial disputes, both before civil courts and in trade union negotiations.

Marie also frequently advise on matters relating to trade secrets, both pro-actively and upon breach.
