Sebastian Asbjørn Pedersen provides legal advice within EU law, public procurement law and competition law, including merger control and M&A-related competition law, and matters concerning the possible obligation to use the public procurement procedures, preparation of tender material, assessment of whether bids are compliant and evaluation of bids. He advises on issues concerning access to documents and on submission of bids and also makes quality control of bids.

Sebastian also provides legal advice on trademark matters, including applying for Danish, EU and International trademarks and in matters concerning provisional refusals during the registration process and in any matter concerning trademark conflicts during and after registration.

Further, Sebastian advises on all aspects of construction law, including drafting up contracts for the use in construction projects. Sebastian assists during dispute resolution, whether it might be litigation or arbitration cases.
