Position

Partner Robert Peldán advises on insolvency and dispute resolution. Robert has substantial experience in advising companies, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders on a variety of liquidations, distressed situations, and complex restructuring matters. During his career, Robert has engaged in more than 800 insolvency and corporate related tasks and has acted as administrator in bankruptcies and restructurings. In addition to legal insolvency proceedings, Robert has also participated in several voluntary restructurings advising both the creditors and the distressed companies.
Robert heads the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency team.

Career

Before joining Borenius Attorneys Ltd, Robert worked at another Finnish law firm from 2007 to 2016. He has substantial experience in insolvency matters and dispute resolution in addition to a vast expertise in company law and corporate governance issues.
