A member of the Paris and Washington, D.C. bars, Bradley Joslove is recognized as one of the leaders in France in digital law.
He advises a French and international clientele on IT, cloud computing, digital transformation, AI and machine learning projects; as well as on issues relating to data protection and security, outsourcing, e-commerce and electronic communications. Bradley also advises on the encryption regulatory regime and export control of dual-use items.
Bradley is the go-to lawyer for many French and international companies when they negotiate strategic deals with the largest American tech companies, such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Facebook, Oracle and Salesforce.
Prior to joining Bersay, Bradley Joslove practiced in Washington D.C. with Baker McKenzie, and then in Paris with Salès, Vincent & Associés and Franklin law firms. Then, he worked at C3.ai, a leading global provider of Artificial Intelligence, IoT and Big Data applications, as Vice President and General Counsel EMEA. In 2020, he founded his own law firm, Joslove Digital Law, dedicated to digital law.

The telecoms team at Bersay is well versed in advising public sector clients on rollouts of public networks across France. The practice is jointly led by Bradley Joslove and telecoms expert Martin Tissier, who has a solid track record in assisting French regional bodies with digital development mandates. In a recent highlight, Tissier is leading the advice to the Société du Grand Paris on the deployment of a fibre optic infrastructure for new Parisian metro lines.
