Position
Partner Lotta Uusitalo specializes in competition law and assists clients in preparing competition compliance programs, merger control, cartel investigations, and in litigating cases where competition law is a key issue, including damages proceedings and administrative proceedings. Lotta regularly assists clients with compliance audits and educates client companies. Lotta has significant experience in setting up distribution channels and dealing with competition issues, as well as advising clients on the cooperation between competitors, including exchange of information. In addition to her specialist practice area, Lotta assists several companies by managing their day-to-day corporate and contract matters, as well as regulatory and compliance matters as responsible attorney and experienced project manager. She has broad and long experience in particular in the automotive, retail, media and mining sectors.
