Position

Partner Asta Siponen is spesialized in contract law, real estate and contruction matters, environmental law, and litigation. Asta is experienced in demanding Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects. She was involved in the first Finnish Public Private Partnership (PPP) project, and has participated in many others thereafter. She has solid litigation experience, especially from assignments concerning contract law, tort and other liabilities, and competition law. Since the economic recession in the 1990s, Asta has been involved in and has a broad experience of matters relating to insolvency law and the development thereof. In addition, Asta regularly works with companies operating in the infrastructure field, among others.
