Henrike van de Laar is a lawyer at AKD. During the past 20 years she has gained plenty of experience in employment law in the broadest sense. Her focus is on the employment law aspects of international M&A deals, codetermination processes, international restructurings, cross-border and flexible labour and complex litigation. She mainly advises multinational companies, for example within the energy, recruitment and selection, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors. Her years of experience enable her to find practical solutions for complex employment law problems. Clients appreciate her proactive and pragmatic approach and described her as quick, to the point and enjoyable to work with.
