Position

Marius is head of the firm’s Contract and Construction Law practice. His field of expertise is construction law, and he mainly works with construction related matters. This includes big and small building projects, and comprises everything for housing to offices and retail spaces to factories. In addition, he is frequently involved in several large road and railway projects. Marius is widely experienced in both litigation and day-to-day counselling in contract law matters. He has drawn up and negotiated a number of construction and manufacturing contracts. He provides counselling in running projects, but also has extensive experience in negotiations over the final account and litigation in the wake of such negotiations. Marius assists clients on both the employer and supplier side. Marius regularly lectures in construction law, and is also used as an arbitrator. Marius is ranked by Chambers within construction.
