Position

Martin is a specialist in fisheries and aquaculture law, and works with regulatory issues, contracts and transactions. Martin has an extensive experience as a Director in the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, where he has lead numerous legislative processes in the field of fisheries and aquaculture and worked closely with the political leadership. Martin’s practice also includes regulatory issues and transactions related to other industries – and in particular with an emphasis on public law framework conditions, government permits and bureaucratic and political processes.
