Position

Equity Partner, based in Rome. Piero Corigliano specialises on M&A, and has extensive experience in all matters of corporate and commercial law. Piero regularly advises domestic and foreign industrial clients, as well as financial sponsors, including most recently Peninsula Capital, Sagemcom Energy & Telecom (a Charterhouse portfolio company), Interparking, AFGlobal Corporation (a First Reserve portfolio company), APM Terminals, Peuterey, on acquisitions of Italian assets. Piero has also been regularly engaged as seller counsel on the sale of internationally recognized, family-owned Italian assets, such as Società Europa Tessile, Unimac Gherri, Delta Tech, Capri Palace Hotel, Ansaldo T&D.
