Position
Senior Associate Jaakko Laitinen is a member of Roschier’s Corporate Advisory, Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets practices. He has experience in advising clients in various capital markets transactions, including IPOs, public tender offers and listed company mergers, and also advises on issues related to Finnish corporate and securities law as well as corporate governance matters. In addition, he has experience in advising clients in financial regulatory matters concerning investment services and investment funds. He joined the firm in 2018.
