Henrik Puggaard has many years of experience in Corporate & Project Finance, particularly in the property sector and the leisure and culture industries. Henrik has special expertise and commercial experience in transactions and project and partnership agreements, including in particular structured finance and regulation (AIFM).


Henrik is one of the leading specialists in Denmark in public-private partnerships (PPP/PPC/PPIP) and since its introduction in Denmark in 2004 he has been involved in practically almost all Danish PPP projects (approximately 40). Henrik has worked as an attorney in the real estate sector for many years and his primary practice areas are property development, construction, procurement and property transactions and the financing of such transactions. Henrik is also the chairman/a member of a number of Danish boards of directors and organisations, including in real estate and in the leisure and culture industries. In recent years Henrik has therefore been specialising in providing strategic advice to the leisure and culture industries, both to established operators such as owners, investors, organisers/clubs, artists, athletes, organisations and cultural institutions and to new operators and talents. He is also a very experienced litigator and is especially experienced in conducting big cases of general public importance, including group actions.
