Position

Simon Falbe-Hansen is specialised in corporate law and M&A.

Simon advises both Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings, capital markets, commercial contracts, and general corporate law. He has in this regard advised on several complex transactions – both domestic and cross-border – and has particular experience in advising clients within the life-science sector. 

In addition, he advises on M&A matters in connection with insolvency and has participated in several succesful financial and operational restructurings of distressed businesses. 

Additionally, Simon has been an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen as well as Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
