Position

Jakob Mosegaard Larsen is a trusted advisor of Danish and international private equity and venture funds and has extensive experience in fund formation and structuring.

Jakob’s areas of practice further comprise mergers and acquisitions, cross-border IPOs, venture capital projects and financing structures with the Danish ECA as guarantor just as he has considerable experience advising biotech and life science companies in connection with financing rounds and conclusion of licensing agreements and contracts for clinical trials.

Jakob is chairman of the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association’s Legal Committee and a member of Invest Europe’s Legal and Regulatory Committee as well as a member of the Danish Lawyers’ Association for Tax Law.

During his work as an attorney Jakob has obtained an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
