Pavlina’s practice focuses on real estate, construction, and litigation. She provides high-level legal services through the whole process of investment in real estates, including legal due diligence, negotiations, acquisition, construction, leasing and sale of buildings, condominium relationships, disputes. She is skilled in advising and elaborating different types of contracts relating to property acquisition, lease agreements and property management.

She is a key member of the team representing the company MegaStocken AB in approximately 40 lawsuits initiated against the subsidiaries of the Swedish holding in Bulgaria with respect to properties at the Black Sea coast. She is also part of the team consulting the large European retail chain Pepco on its entry and expansion in Bulgaria, including selection of appropriate locations for the shops, due diligence of the proposed premises, participation in negotiations with the lessors, drafting and negotiating lease agreements. So far advice has been provided with regard to 60 lease agreements in 30 cities.

Pavlina is one of the authors of the first Bulgarian Construction Law Handbook published by the Bulgarian Society of Construction Law.
