Urban Båvestam is a member of the Dispute Resolution Group. Urban has extensive experience as counsel both before courts of law and before arbitral tribunals. He is further regularly appointed arbitrator. Urban is also one of the leading experts in Sweden in the field of company law. He has published numerous articles in that field. Since many years he is also lecturing at Stockholm University’s law faculty and other universities.
