Vincent Busschaert is one of the leading labour lawyers in Belgium. His daily fare consists of legal questions relating to individual and collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings, company restructuring, corporate labour law and the drafting and negotiation of individual and collective labour agreements. He acts on a daily basis for various international and Belgian clients and he is an experienced litigator in labour and employment matters. He further advises on issues such as incentive plans and fringe benefits. Vincent Busschaert also specialises in corporate law.
