Alexae Fournier- de Faÿ  advises on structured finance, project finance, real estate financing, acquisition financing and syndicated financing, both for lenders and borrowers. She mainly assists developers, investors, real estate companies, credit institutions and French and foreign funds in the structuring and negotiation of their transactions. He is regularly involved in cross-border transactions.
