Career
Catherine Saint Geniest has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions such as real estate development contracts, commercial leases or leases in future state of completion. She is also involved in sales transactions, both in the context of deals and litigation.
Prior to joining Jeantet in 2013, Catherine was a partner at Rambaud Martel and then at Orrick where she headed the real estate department.
Catherine is a former member of the Paris Bar Council, Chartered Surveyor – MRICS and Knight of the Legion of Honor.
She is a lecturer at the French Bar Association Training School. She is currently a member of the Executive Committee of Jeantet.
